The ITT pack

Uploading every volume, what the analysis reads out of it, how long it takes, and what "needs human review" means.

  • /tenders/[id]#pack

The evaluation matrix, the submission checklist and the clarification flags are read from the buyer's own documents, not from the notice. So the first thing a tender needs is its pack.

Upload every volume

Drop every file the buyer issued onto the ITT pack card — instructions, questions, specification, pricing schedule — as PDF, Word or Excel. Several files at once, or a folder, are fine. Each file appears as a row with its processing status; the page updates itself while files are read, so there is no need to reload.

Analyse the pack

Analyse ITT pack queues a background analysis that reads the pack into the evaluation matrix: questions, weights, word limits, the scoring rubric and the submission checklist, with a confidence on every field. It usually takes 4–8 minutes and you do not need to stay on the page — it appears on Activity while it runs and the card updates when it lands.

Analysis is checked, not trusted. Anything below the confidence threshold is flagged for a human, never guessed: the card says how many items were flagged for your review, and each flag says what was unclear and which question it affects. A flag is the raw material for a clarification.

When the analysis fails

A failed analysis says so on the card with the reason, and offers to run again. It never retries itself — each run uses paid AI capacity, so a retry is always your click.

What it unlocks

Once the pack is analysed you can log clarifications and, with a go / no-go decision recorded, build the bid plan. Until then Create bid plan is refused with the reason: "Analyse the ITT pack first — the bid plan is built from the extraction results."
