Recording the outcome

Won, lost or no-bid, the buyer’s scores and feedback, and how the outcome labels your evidence for the next bid.

  • /tenders/[id]#outcome

Recording the outcome labels your evidence won or lost: the next go / no-go counts won answers as capability evidence, and every citation in a draft shows the outcome it came from. It is the step that makes the library compound.

What to record

On the tender page's Outcome card: won, lost or no-bid, the buyer's overall score out of 10, per-question scores where the buyer gave them, and any feedback verbatim. A submitted tender that has no outcome yet is counted on Getting started as "awaiting a won/lost outcome" — the queue is cleared by recording it.

What happens next

WayWiser converts the submitted answers into outcome-labelled response units in your knowledge base, in the background. From then on drafting retrieves them with their outcome attached, and the scorecard's capability factor can cite a won answer as evidence. The Knowledge engine page lists tenders still awaiting an outcome under Awaiting outcome, and reports when the corpus grew.

Changing an outcome

An outcome can be corrected on the same card; the labels on the evidence follow it.
