Dated notes on what changed, written by hand as it ships. Newest first.

- The web front end moves to Belgium, so WayWiser can live at waywiser.ai. The server that builds the pages you see now runs in Google Cloud's Belgium region, inside the EEA, because Google's London region can only serve it on our own domain through a separate paid load balancer. It keeps nothing on disk; your documents, database, embeddings and backups stay in London. That makes four processing steps outside the UK rather than three, and the security page, the privacy policy and Security and your data all say so.

- WayWiser bid writers. When WayWiser writes bids for you, the writer works inside your workspace as a member with the role "WayWiser bid writer". What they upload, record or draft is not shared with you until they share it — a chip only they see, a one-click share, a confirmed "Stop sharing" — and your admins can remove them at any time from Team & access, which then says how many items they had not shared. Company settings lists every bid writer in the workspace. Details on Team and roles.

- Docs & help. This documentation, public at /docs and in the rail. Every page names the screens it covers and is checked against the build it was written for; the bid journey page is generated from the same copy the How-to map uses.
- Send feedback. A bug, an idea or a question from the rail, with the page you were on attached as a route pattern. Read by a person; email notification follows once the mail provider is switched on.
- Contact form. A public form on the marketing site in place of a mailto.
- Error monitoring. Decided and built (Sentry, EU region) — stack traces and route patterns only, never document content or personal details — switched on once the account exists.

- Background jobs that a dead process left "running" are closed out automatically, so Activity no longer shows a job as running forever.
9 September 2026
- The rail scrolls; the account foot never covers the last links.
- Docs for the design system, accessibility gate and the layout sweep.
7 September 2026
- A refused action returns to its form with what you typed still in it, and an irreversible action asks first.
- Two body faces for the .docx export — Calibri and Arial — chosen by a render on a machine with no fonts installed, so a buyer never sees a serif.
6 September 2026
- Company export links are minted per click and live 15 minutes; they are never stored.
- WayWiser staff entering a workspace they are not a member of is written to that workspace's audit log and shown to its admins.
- One request per page render; the command palette is fed by the server.
