Assemble and submit

Word counts against every limit, the outstanding checklist, the three .docx exports, and marking a tender submitted.

  • /tenders/[id]#assemble

One document, every question, inside every limit. Assemble submission on the tender page totals the words against each limit, lists what is still outstanding on the checklist, and exports a .docx for the portal.

What the assembly shows

Total words, how many questions have a draft, and how many checklist items are outstanding. Questions over their word limit are named — trim before submitting. Questions with no draft yet are counted.

The three exports

  • Branded — a cover page (your logo, if uploaded on Company settings), a contents page, one question per page and page headers, in your accent colour and chosen body face.
  • Plain — the same numbered sections without cover, colour or contents, for portals that reformat submissions.
  • Branded with sources appendix — the branded document plus a numbered appendix listing the evidence each answer cited.

The body face is one of two (Calibri or Arial): the two that render as a sans on every machine that opens the file, chosen and checked by a render rather than by reading a font list.

Mark as submitted

Export, upload to the portal, then Mark as submitted. That moves the tender to the Submitted stage and the outcome queue — nothing is sent to the buyer by WayWiser. Exports themselves show on Activity.
